Melanie Preston
Certified Sports Nutrition + HFPA
For the past 16 years, I've poured my heart into the fitness industry. My days are filled with personal one-on-one training sessions and energizing group classes. My expertise lies in weight and fitness training, as well as teaching self-defense to ladies and kids.
In my group classes, I create an inclusive environment where everyone's needs and abilities are considered. I've designed the program to be adaptable, ensuring that each participant gets the most out of it. We blend weight and HIIT training with elements of boxing and kicking, adding a fun twist to every session. Each day is dedicated to targeting a different body group, keeping things dynamic and engaging.
But beyond just workouts, my true passion lies in helping my clients reach their goals and fostering a healthier mindset and lifestyle. It's incredibly rewarding to see them grow stronger, both physically and mentally, as they progress on their fitness journey.
